Easter Activities 2nd-6th April
We will be having various activities during this week which will include the following
• Easter egg hunt – Thursday 5th April
• Easter Bonnet Parade – Wednesday 4th April
• Design an Easter egg competition running from 2nd – 5th April
• Making Chocolate Easter Nests – Tuesday 3rd April
Chicks 9th and 20th April
We will be exploring all about how chicks grow and we will be having some eggs that are ready for hatching. The children will be able to watch the chicks hatch out of the eggs and even hold a baby chick if they wish to.
Saturday 28th April Open Day
As you may be aware we are holding our annual family fun day on 28th April. You may have received a letter outlining all of the details for the day if you have not, please see a member of staff in your child’s room.
Tickets are now on sale in the nursery at a cost of 1.50 per adult and 50p per child.
Queens Jubilee
Garden Party Friday 1st June
We will be celebrating the queen’s jubilee with an afternoon garden party. The children will help decorate the garden and all parents and carers will receive invites to the afternoon tea. There will be lots of fun activities for the children to get involved in including dressing up as a prince, princess, king or queen.
More information will be given closer to the time.
24th July Graduation (applicable to school leavers only)
Before we know it will be that time again and some of our pre-school children will sadly be leaving us to start their new adventure at their new big school. We will be holding our graduation celebrations on the 23rd and the 24th July. Further information will follow closer to the time so please look out for this.
